Our mission is to provide Dignity Bags to help restore the dignity of those who have endured sexual assault.
Our desire is to encourage each survivor, and to help them recognize their worth, their beauty, their courage, and their strength.
The Still Waters Center's mission is to holistically care for and provide sexual assault exams to survivors by forensically trained and licensed nurses in a safe, comfortable, and peaceful environment. Wild Goose Boutique has partnered with the Still Waters Center in order to provide the center's mobile unit with our Dignity Bags.
Every 98 seconds someone in the U. S. is sexually assaulted. Once medical attention is sought and the sexual assault victim has been examined, they are asked to surrender their clothing for DNA evidence. The victim is left leaving the hospital in a hospital gown or scrubs, adding to the trauma already endured.
